Prof. Gabrijel Ondrasek

Professor Gabrijel Ondrašek is a full professor with over 20 years of experience at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb, where he has also served as the head of the Department of Soil Amelioration for more than a decade. He holds a PhD, MSc, and a Graduate Diploma, all completed between 2000 and 2008. Prof. Ondrašek specializes in teaching courses related to agriculture and soil management, including drainage, irrigation, and soil and water management for sustainable agriculture. His research focuses on environmental health, agroecosystem monitoring, and the application of biomass ash for agricultural improvement. With expertise in water management, biogeochemistry of metals in soil, and sustainable agriculture, Prof. Ondrašek continues to contribute significantly to his field.
